NUMBERING AND LETTERING OPTIONS:
At ConcretePond.com we have three different materials we use for numbering and lettering jerseys.
HEATPRESS: (view) Are made from a thin "film" that is heat applied to the jersey.
TRADITIONAL TACKLE-TWILL: (view) A polyester fabric number traditonal to most hockey jerseys that is heat applied and then stiched to the jersey.
LASER CUT PERMA-TWILL: (view) Same as traditional tackle-twill numbers except that the adhesive backing is permanant once heat applied and does not
require sewing. Perma-Twill numbers are also laser cut which "singes" the puter edge of the material so unlike traditional twill they will never frey even after hundreds of washings.
Note: We suggest only applying perma-twill numbers to "non-mesh" or solid fabrics such as air-knit, AK-Knit or other similar fabrics.

LETTERING:
When adding names to hockey jerseys the letters can either applied directly to jerseys or applied to a namebar. Generally twill letters are applied to namebars
and heatpress letters are applied direct to the jersey without use of a namebar.
Names can either be written straight across back of jersey or arched depending on the jersey pattern and customer preference.
