How do I find my teams store on the site:

New links have been issued as of 5/16/2026 for all teams stores. If you have a link that is no longer working you will need to reach out to your teams P.O.C. for the new link or you can email us and we can provide you with your team link.

How can I get a Team Store for my team?

Simply send us an email with your contact phone number and we will reach out to you to explain the process.

What does a sample Team Store store look like?

All of our Team Stores have a lock feature so only members of your club can view your online store. We will be adding a Team Concrete Pond Store soon that will have several items we can add to your Team Store which will show you what your store could look like.

Can our team or club use the team store as a fundraiser?

Yes, once the price for each item is determined your team or club can choose to "mark-up" pricing or keep it at the predetermined price.

What is your turnaround time?

Production time of custom team uniforms can vary widely from 2-8 weeks with most orders taking 4-5 weeks to produce. If you team currently has a team store open there should be more specific information on your team store home page.

Does my order ship to my address or does it ship to the team or club for distribution.

This will be the choice or the team or club. If your shipping fee on your order is $0.00 then the order will be shipping to the team or club for distribution. We also make a note of this on the Home Page of your Team Store.

Do you have an apparel catalog to browse where I can choose different items to add to our team store?

 Yes, you can view our apparel website that has 1,000's of apparel items to choose from. Just make a note of style number and color and we would be happy to add the items to your store. VIEW OUR APPAREL CATALOG.

What is your return policy?

Custom printed or personalized items can not be returned. If you order an undecorated or "stock" item that needs to be returned restocking charges may apply.
